This concept literally got a gasp out of Gayle King when we met at the Oprah Magazine offices. You can't fault people trying to sell you stuff—that's their job. It's your job to stop shopping for anything you can't consume until you're organized and are crystal clear about what you own, where it is and what you use it for. If you already have too much stuff, even more stuff (no matter how cheap) is not the answer!
